All prices on this site and in Australian dollars. Prices include GST where marked. A tax invoice will be issued on successful enrolment or purchase.

Terms and Conditions

Payment is to be made at the time of registration to attend a course offered by QMS.

Existing QMS Clients can register and have an invoice sent with 7-day payment terms by entering their QMS Client ID or Number (found on your certificate or audit report) by: 

  1. Add the course(s) that you are registering for to your cart; 
  2. When you have completed this step, begin the enrolment process, when you reach the payment section;
  3. Select the ‘CorporatePass’ option on the left side of the page (other option is ‘Credit card’);
  4. Enter your QMS Client ID or Number in the ‘Code’ field;
  5. Select the ‘Submit’ button. 

Refund Policy

Due to electronic media and digital products being made available at the time of registration, QMS have a no refund policy for course registration and participation.

QMS are happy to provide the option of transferring the enrolment for participation to an alternate student on the approval of QMS.

QMS are happy to provide the option of transferring the enrolment for participation to a different venue of the student choosing on the approval of QMS.
